Terms of Use

By using Befach you agree to these terms. Befach acts as an import facilitator between Indian buyers and global suppliers; we are not the manufacturer unless explicitly noted.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, and successful QC. Quotes are valid for 14 days. Prices are exclusive of duties unless stated as "landed."

Payments & escrow

Buyer pays Befach in INR. Befach holds supplier funds in escrow and releases them only after buyer approval of QC or delivery.

Returns & disputes

Disputes for defective merchandise must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence. Befach mediates between buyer and supplier.

Limitation of liability

Befach's liability is capped at the value of the order in dispute. We do not warrant supplier representations beyond what's covered in QC.
